Your use of this website is subject to the Terms, which are set out below
1.1. In these terms, the following words have the following meanings:
“Fee” our charges for providing an Estimate or any other service as the case may be;
“Terms” – these General Terms and Conditions and, where the context of the Terms so admits, the applicable TP Terms and Conditions, our Website terms of use, our privacy policy and our cookies policy;
“Estimate” – An estimate obtained by you using the Website;
“Estimator” – One of our in-house estimators;
“Information” – Any data we require you to upload in order to obtain an Estimate. By providing QuoteMyBuild.com with the same you warrant that you are not infringing the rights of any third party
“Template” – any document on our website, to be completed when you require a Referral, the contents of which you agree may be shared with an Estimator;
“we” – Means QuoteMyBuild.com
“Website” – the website www.quotemybuild.com or any other platform operated by us howsoever accessed;
“ Act” – the Housing Grants Construction & Regeneration Act 1996 ( as amended)
“Events outside our control” – an act or event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action by third parties, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war, fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine or other natural disaster, act of God, failure of public or private telecommunications networks or impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor or other public or private transport;
1.2. These definitions apply to these General Terms and Conditions.

If an Event Outside Our Control takes place that affects the performance of our obligations to you:

Nothing in the Terms confers any right to enforce any of its terms on any person who is not a party to it.
If any court of competent authority finds that any clause of the Terms is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that clause (or any part thereof found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable) shall, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other clauses of these Booking Terms and Conditions shall not be affected.
The Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have sole and exclusive jurisdiction.
